Building the Medium Voltage, High Frequency SiC Switching Platform For Next-Generation Power Infrastructure

WBG Power Solutions (WBGPS) is building the next generation SiC power semiconductor platforms for medium-voltage, high-frequency (MV/HF) applications. WBGPS integrates device physics, gate drive, control, and module packaging into a unified switching engine designed for 3.3–10 kV operation at hundreds of kilohertz.
